We couldn’t do what we do without the hard work of some very nice people.
Farming is hard: long days, tiring work, and the most un-glamorous attire you can think of – in extreme weather temperatures. Additionally, organic farming means taking no shortcuts and sustainable practices can sometimes add a step (or three) to your day. But in the long run, it’s worth it. Just ask our partner farmers.
There’s something special about fresh. If you’ve ever tasted a strawberry ripened on the vine and picked that morning, you’ll know what we mean. So we’d like to take a moment in celebration of our local producers – like the farmers providing non-medicated specialty beef, the fishmongers using sustainable fishing methods, and the foragers who find indigenous (and edible) plants for us to cook with.
We’re proud to use ingredients that come from the hands of great people. These are just a few of them.
